My Journey
I believe that sound nutrition shouldn't feel overwhelming. Whether you've been recommended by your physician, personal trainer, naturopath, or you've simply decided it's time to improve your health, my passion is helping people confidently bridge the gap between knowing what to do and knowing how to do it through practical, personalized nutrition.
My interest in nutrition began in childhood, when I returned from elementary school one afternoon with the Food Pyramid sheet our teacher had handed out to all the students. I became fascinated by how food can influence our health and well-being. That curiosity eventually led me to graduate from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and become a Consultant in Holistic Nutrition.
Having lived with Hashimoto's hypothyroidism since 1999, and having had a period of my life being a single mother of four children where income was very tight, I understand firsthand that lasting health isn't built through perfection. It's built through practical, sustainable habits that fit real life.
My mission is simple: helping people connect the gap between nutrition recommendations and everyday life by creating personalized plans that is custom-made to their goals, lifestyles, preferences, and budget.
My goal is to assist you in creating such a personalized nutrition plan that will not only support and respect your own goals and lifestyle, but mainly give you the confidence to make informed choices long after we've worked together.
